I have lots to share, so block out two hours.  We'll be done in under two, but give yourself two hours.  This way you won't have to jump on a call or take a meeting halfway through.

Watch from a laptop or desktop computer.  It will be far easier to jot down notes and be present because you'll likely be less distracted and actually retain more information.

Last but not least, show up with pen and paper in hand for god sake, be ready.

I've pulled out all the stops.

I often roll my eyes on most web classes when the presenter recommeens you get a piece of paper and pen to take notes.  But then proceeds to go an hour or two without giving anything practical.  

Maybe you've been to a web class like this too.  That told you what to do but not how to do it.

Well, this is not one of those web classes.

In fact, you should commmit yourself to showing up ready to act on any and alll good ideas you're exposed to that make sense to you based off your unique situation in your business.
