This one exercise will be critical in helping you develop the Butt of your dreams!
Push your hips back behind you so your shoulders stay behind your toes.
Stay upright as you pull your leg back behind you.
Stand tall and then shift your hips back and step back so that your chest comes down to your thighs. Pull yourself back to your upright starting position.
Step out so that your foot lands in front of your knee. Shift your weight towards your front foot so your butt moves towards your heel. Pull yourself up with your front glute.
Lie on your stomach and keep your chest and chin on the ground. Extend your legs so that your thighs come off the ground with your legs straight.
Lie on your back with your knees bent. Lift your hips up off the ground so that your knee, hip and shoulders are all in line.
Lie on your back with your knees bent. Extend one leg into the air. Lift your hips up off the ground while keeping your hips stable, so that your knee, hip and shoulders are all in line.
Stand tall. Initiate the movement by shifting your hips back behind you as if you're sitting in a chair. then bend your knees and try to get your hamstrings to touch your calves.
Remember, it's important to identify which movement works best for you! When you know which exercise contracts your Glutes the best you can now utilize this exercise prior to doing any loaded exercise or any activity for that matter!
Doing this will dramatically decrease your chances of having an injury!
