"I've just turned 69, my gal F.E. is 65 and we just came back from a 5 day ski trip at Mammoth Mountain in CA. We did our 11 minute routine (which takes us at least 15 to 20 minutes) religiously everyday before hitting the slopes, and despite skiing hard and taking some nasty spills, neither of us got injured! Wow! We were impressed, and if we weren't converts before, we are now! I've had low back issues most of my adult life, probably some congenital stuff and certainly some spectacular gymnastic crashes and a few motorcycle debacles. Doing my 11 minute routine is a lifesaver and a good life extender. All senior folks need to know about this stuff you've put together. "

"Very exciting news...every one of my joints improved in some way on my first re-assessment (WOW!).
